Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Just Wylde Audio's audiobook and audio content production services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Just Wylde Audio is operated as a Meeka Group production. Contact: hello@justwylde.com.au.

Services

Just Wylde provides professional audiobook and audio content production services using AI voice cloning technology. This includes, but is not limited to, audiobook narration, online course narration, podcast production, corporate training content, and other written-to-audio conversion services. The specific scope of each project is agreed in writing prior to commencement.

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of all intellectual property involved in your project, including:

• Your manuscript or written content
• Your voice and voice likeness
• The finished audio files delivered to you

Just Wylde retains no intellectual property rights in your content. Upon delivery and final payment, all rights to the finished production are transferred to you in full. We may request permission to reference your project in our portfolio; this is always optional and requires your explicit consent.

Voice consent

By submitting a voice sample to Just Wylde, you confirm that:

• You are the rights holder of the voice being recorded and submitted
• You consent to the creation of an AI voice clone using that sample
• This consent is granted solely for the purpose of producing the specific project agreed between you and Just Wylde
• Your voice model will not be used for any other project or purpose without your separate written consent

Payment terms

• Deposit: a 50% deposit of the agreed project fee is required to commence production. Production will not begin until the deposit is received.
• Balance: the remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before finished files are released to you.
• Currency: invoices are issued in AUD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund policy

The deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced. "Commencement" means the point at which we begin work on your voice approval sample.

If Just Wylde is unable to complete your project for any reason within our control, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued within 14 days.

If you choose to cancel a project after commencement, the deposit is forfeited. Any work completed beyond the deposit stage will be invoiced at a pro-rated amount based on work completed.

Final files are not released until full payment has been received.

Delivery

We target delivery within 14 business days of voice approval. This timeline applies to standard word-count projects. Larger projects, multi-narrator productions, or projects with significant revision requests may require additional time, which we will communicate to you at the outset.

Delivery timelines are targets, not guarantees. We will notify you promptly if any delay arises and provide a revised timeline.

Revisions

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions per chapter. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of chapter delivery. Additional revision rounds beyond the included allowance may be quoted separately.

Limitation of liability

Just Wylde is not liable for any distribution decisions, policy changes, or rejection of content by third-party platforms including but not limited to Audible, Spotify, Apple Books, Google Play Books, or any other distribution service. Platform policies regarding AI-narrated content are subject to change and are outside our control.

Our total liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
