Common questions
What is included in every package?
Every package includes voice cloning, our full 30-step production pipeline, noise reduction, pitch correction, ACX mastering, pronunciation dictionary, chapter-by-chapter quality control, and broadcast-ready MP3 files. Delivered within 14 days.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit is required to commence production. The balance is due on delivery of your final files.
Do I own my audiobook?
Yes — you own your audiobook outright. On delivery of your final files, full ownership transfers to you. Just Wylde retains no ongoing rights to your audio.
What if my book is between word count tiers?
Choose the tier that covers your word count. If you're unsure, email us at hello@justwylde.com.au and we'll advise.
What is a Special Production?
Special productions include anthologies, multi-author collections, bilingual audiobooks, indigenous language productions, and any creative audio project that doesn't fit a standard package. Contact us to discuss.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a full refund if you cancel before voice cloning begins. After voice cloning is complete, the deposit is non-refundable. Contact hello@justwylde.com.au with any concerns.
